These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by Art.com, Inc., all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
Return Rights
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to returns@art.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
Pricing
Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. However, we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.
Acceptance of Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).
Sales Tax
Items shipped to destinations in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina and Ohio are subject to tax. No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift certificates; however, purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to tax.
The following information is provided to purchasers who request items to be shipped to Kentucky, Oklahoma or South Dakota. We are not required, and do not collect sales or use tax for your state. Purchases shipped to your state are subject to use tax unless they are specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. Your state requires that you report all purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. See your state’s department of revenue or taxation website for appropriate forms and instructions.

How to Place an Order
Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions. You may also complete your order by calling us at 800-952-5592.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Bill Me Later, PayPal, checks and money orders.

Pay By Phone
Selecting the Pay by Phone option allows you to complete your order online then call our Customer Service team with your order confirmation number and credit card information to apply payment securely over the phone. You’ll receive an order confirmation email that will include a payment reminder and our contact information along with a link to our Web site where you can review your order and also opt to pay online by credit card.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our Returns page or contact us for alternate options.
Sorry, we're unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components. To make these adjustments, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees do not have access to this information. We do not store PIN data or security codes.
Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your email address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. You may receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you take advantage of special offers made by our marketing partners, we may transfer your personal information to them. When will my credit card be billed?
Prior to shipping, we have only received a pending pre-authorization request from your financial institution. When we request an authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of that pre-authorization request. While your financial institution may place a hold on the pre-authorized amount, your account will only be charged for the actual transaction amount when the first item on the order is shipped. Any pending refunds will process when all items have shipped.
Most financial institutions will remove a pre-authorization hold from your account when the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or three to five business days after the pre-authorization request, whichever occurs sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization. Art.com will not release pre-authorization holds.
How do I find a specific item from your catalog?
Enter the exact name of the artwork or the catalog item number into the search box that appears at the top of each page.
Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor modifications occur between printing runs. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
Art.com verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (1½"). If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.
Does Art.com offer a military discount?
Yes! Art.com offers a 35% discount to U.S. Military Members as a way of saying "Thank You" for your service. In order to qualify for the offer, we do require verification of your military affiliation through our partner SheerID. After being successfully verified, you will be issued a 35% off
